You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

✯ Return request must be approved first — once approved, product must be shipped back within 10 days

✯ Returns are not accepted in-store for online purchases content

Once your return is received and approved:

✯ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

✯ Alternatively, you may opt for a coupon code of equal value for future purchases

✯ Sale or discounted items are eligible only for coupon code or exchange, not payment refunds

To request a refund, email us with your bank account details (matching the ordering name) if opting for payment refund.

All items must be returned in:

✯ Original condition (unworn, unwashed)

✯ Original packaging with tags

✯ Saleable condition
